Skills

I've a range of skills from both graphic and user interface design, to database development and programming.

My main concern is with making websites that work. I feel that users should not get lost within a site, should find the content they require, and that it should be readable.

It should also be accessible, regardless of the manner it is accessed, be that by screen reader, any browser, handheld or by a search engine spider.

Background

My background is in my first degree, in Information and Business Systems Technology.

This mouthful provided me with a strong background in not only software development techniques and data modelling and database skills, but gave me some degree level French and a firm understanding of business.

My second degree in Critical Fine Art Practice has given me a set of design skills, and an aptitude for critically analysing and assessing situations.
