A complex modular site using transparencies, and intricate CSS structure.
The Design Council site, though stylistically consistent, has a high level of complexity from a CSS point of view.
The designs mean that second order headings in one module can look the same as third order headings in another, depending on context.
I came into this project after the original CSS planning had been done, but developed several of the thirty-odd design templates into CSS modules.
The site has fairly nifty flash backgrounds - I also developed the non-flash page structure, and the layout for the home page.
